How MSLA Grease helped a Singaporean construction company extend re-greasing intervals

Situation
Kok Tong Transport and Engineering Works, a robust civil engineering & infrastructure company, was using a market general EP-2 grease to lubricate all of its excavators. The company experienced high grease consumption and grease softening. The need for frequent re- greasing also increased man-machine interaction and environmental impact due to used grease disposal. 

Recommendation
Used grease samples were tested at Mobil Serv Lubricant Analysis to monitor levels of metal wear and protection capability for new re-greasing intervals.
