Product Description

Mobil Delvac ModernTM Coolant Extended Life Ready Mix is a 50/50 ready to use pre-diluted non-nitrited Coolant/Antifreeze for heavy duty and light duty vehicles and equipment.

Mobil Delvac Modern Coolant Extended Life Ready Mixed offers freeze protection down to -36 deg C and increase boiling point of 8 deg C.

Features and Benefits

Mobil Delvac Modern Coolant Extended Life Ready Mixed is a heavy-duty, ethylene glycol engine coolants based on Organic corrosion inhibitor Additive Technology (OAT). It is free of amines, borates, nitrates, nitrites, phosphates and silicates. The product provides excellent protection of the metal alloys found in most cooling systems. Being phosphate and silicate free also eliminates the risk of hard water scale.

Note: Do not use in potable water systems.

Recommended maximum service life:

Passenger Car and Light Commercial Vehicle	250,000 km
Heavy Duty Diesel On-Road	650,000 km
Heavy Duty Diesel Off-Road	6,000 hours
Stationary Engines	32,000 hours

It is recommended to change the coolant every five years or when above mileages/operating times are reached, whichever comes first.

Cost Effective	Supplementary Coolant Additives (SCAs) are not required to achieve to achieve maximum service lives listed.
Protection	Effective protection against corrosion erosion and pitting even on sensitive metals like aluminium.
Reduced maintenance	With proper top-up practices regular use of testing and supplemental coolant additives is avoided.
Heat Transfer	Silicate free formulations eliminates deposits which may impede heat transfer.
Hardware Life	Enhanced water pump life through reduce risk of seal wear.
Broad operating temperature range	Protection against winter freeze-up and summer boil-over.
Wide Range of Applications	Protects engines where the OEM specifies a nitrite and molybdate free coolant. Can be used in heavy duty engines using EGR, DPF or ACERT technologies. Suitable for mixed fleet applications.
Compatibility	While compatible with conventional antifreezes dilution with conventional antifreeze could reduce extended life benefits. ExxonMobil recommend that the diluted coolant made from this concentrate is not diluted by more than 25% with other coolant formulations to maintain performance claims.
Stability	Can be stored for approximately 8 years in sealed containers without any effect on the product quality or performance.

Applications

• Heavy duty engines where the OEM recommends a nitrite free, silicate free coolant.

• Suitable for mixed fleets of passenger vehicles, light and heavy-duty trucks, or off-road on-road and marine cooling systems where the OEM requires a Nitrite and Silicate free coolant.
