Product Description

Airclean Oil is based on a high quality and narrow cut base oil for use in aluminium plant vapour recovery systems. It contains carefully selected oxidation inhibitors, which make the oil extremely stable against oxidation at high temperatures and ensure a long service life.

Airclean Oil is manufactured to the strictest quality standards to provide to the user reliable and prolonged operation in service. The highly refined base oil, carefully selected oxidation inhibitors are important performance features to ensure consistent characteristics of the fluid over time. Additionally the narrow distillation curve allows thorough recovery and recycling of roll oils without contamination with Airclean Oil. Applications

Airclean Oil is recommended for use as scrubber oil in vapour recovery systems in aluminium rolling plants. Airclean Oil is particularly designed to operate with Somentor rolling oils which boiling characteristics allow easy distillation of roll oils without contamination with the scrubber oil.
