Mobil Rarus™ 600 Series is our improved premium performance ashless air compressor lubricant primarily intended for the lubrication of severe duty rotary screw and vane air compressors. These products are formulated with very high quality base oils and a high performance additive system designed to provide exceptional equipment protection and reliability for compressors operating under severe conditions. Mobil Rarus™ 600 Series provides excellent wear protection and outstanding resistance to oxidation.
Features and Benefits
The use of Mobil Rarus™ 600 Series can result in cleaner compressors and lower deposits compared to conventional mineral oils, resulting in longer running periods between maintenance intervals. Excellent oxidation and thermal stability safely allow extended life capability while controlling sludge and deposit formation. Applications
Mobil Rarus™ 600 Series are primarily intended for rotary screw and vane air compressor. Mobil Rarus™ 600 Series are particularly effective in screw type compressors with oil injection cooling and in units with continuous high temperature operation (in line with DIN 51506), and meet China GB/T 12691-2021, L-DAJ claim for vane and screw compressor application. The product is compatible with all metals used in compressor construction and with mineral-oil compatible elastomers used in seals, O-rings and gaskets.
