Product Description

Mobil™ Vactra™ 68 is the high-quality slide and way oil developed to meet the machine tool requirements for machining accuracy, water-soluble coolant separation and equipment protection. Mobil™ Vactra™ 68 is formulated with refined base oils and additives to provide controlled frictional properties in machining. The smooth and consistent movement of the machine at the designed operating speed not only increases machine productivity and accuracy, but also helps extend machine life and improve the surface finish of the workpiece.

Features and Benefits

Mobil™ Vactra™ 68 is developed to make the equipment run smoothly with good lubrication performance and stick-slip control with reduced machine tool vibration, and thus improving the surface finish of machine tool processing parts. The rust and corrosion inhibition performance reduces the deterioration of the sliding surfaces and machine parts. It also provides good demulsibility and coolant separation properties that enables rapid separation of the way oil from coolant.
