Rebates and Fees
What is the rebate program for the ExxonMobil Fleet Program?
Your rebate is determined by multiplying the total gallons of fuel purchased
during the billing period by the appropriate rebate amount as defined in this
chart.

*Rebates issued if payment is made in accordance with the ExxonMobil Fleet
Card terms. Rebates may not be allowed where prohibited by law and apply only
to fuel purchases made with the ExxonMobil Fleet Card at participating Exxon-
and Mobil-branded locations in the U.S. Please contact ExxonMobil for further
information on available rebates. A monthly accounting fee of $10 will be
charged to your fleet account if total fuel purchases for the billing period
are less than 1,200 gallons. If the total fuel purchases are 1,200 gallons or
more, or if you qualify for tax-exempt status, no accounting fee will be
assessed.
What is the rebate that I will get for 2,000 gallons?
Your rebate is detemined by multiplying the total gallons of fuel purchsed
during the billing period by the appropriate rebate. A 2,000 gallon purchase,
during a monthly billing period, would yield a total rebate of $40.00. As a
reminder, your monthly accounting fee of $10.00 is waived when you purchase a
minimum of 1,200 gallons in a billing period, or qualify for tax-exempt status.
Is the rebate on the ExxonMobil Fleet Program computed by billing cycle or
month?
The discount is computed on total fuel purchases during a normal billing
cycle. Note: Billing cycles do not necessarily correspond to a calendar month.
What administrative fees do customers pay for the ExxonMobil Fleet Program?
In addition to a one-time $50 enrollment fee, a monthly accounting fee of $10
will be charged to your fleet account if totaly fuel puchases for the billing
period are less than 1,200 gallons. If the total fuel purchases are 1,200
gallons or more, or if you qualify for tax-exempt status, no accounting fee
will be assessed.

Reporting/ Prompting
What information does the driver have to enter at the time of sale on the
ExxonMobil Fleet Program?
The driver must enter his or her Driver ID number and up to one other prompt
code, selected as an option during account set up from the following list:
Vehicle Number, Data, User ID, and Odometer reading. The driver enters the
information at the time of the sale at the pump or on the PIN pad at the
counter. If a driver can't remember their Driver ID number, they should
contact their fleet administrator.
I want to prompt for Driver ID, odometer reading and vehicle number on my
Single-Station Fleet Card. Can I do that?
No. The Single-Station Card offers only two prompts. The recommended prompts
for the Single-Station Card are Driver ID and vehicle number. You can request
the Fleet Products Report to be sorted by vehicle number in order to keep
purchases organized by vehicle.
Can I vary the card prompts by card on the Fleet Card?
Yes, you may vary the card prompts by card. Should you have any questions
regarding what prompts are available, please call ExxonMobil Card Services at
1-800-624-5140.

week by dialing 1-800-624-5140. You may also make changes through
www.ExxonMobilFleetOnline.com.
Can I get both odometer readings and actual mileage driven between fill-ups
on my Fleet Products Reports?
Yes. The Fleet Products Report provides odometer readings, miles per gallon
(MPG) and miles driven. The report reflects the actual odometer reading
entered by the driver and calculates the MPG since the last purchases and
provides the miles driven during the billing period.
Can product purchases be restricted on the ExxonMobil Fleet Card?

fuel and oil only. Additionally, you may then further refine purchase
restrictions for individual or groups of cards on

Fleet Card issuer decline a sale if over the daily limit?

amount through
www.ExxonMobilFleetOnline.com. You can also limit the number of
transactions allowed per day, dollars per transaction, even limit purchases to
specific times of the day and days of the week. You can create as many Control
Profiles as you need, and assign each card on your account to the Control
Profile that's most appropriate.
Can I get my ExxonMobil Fleet Cards embossed with specific information?
Yes, you may use up to 20 characters to customize your embossing line. For
example, you may want to have the driver name, vehicle number or department
name embossed on the card. Whatever is embossed on the card is how the Fleet
Products Report will sort your purchase information.
Speedpass
Will Speedpass work with the ExxonMobil Fleet Card?
Yes. The customer should call 1-877-696-6245.
What happens if our Speedpass transponders don't work or stop working while
a driver is en route? How does he or she get fuel?
The driver must call Speedpass customer service at 1-800-660-6315, with
his or her transponder number. Customer service will provide the information
needed to complete the sale. The station must call for credit authorization
and complete the sale on a manual paper ticket. Each Speedpass device
is issued with a corresponding fleet card. It is recommended that the driver
be issued both in order to avoid this problem.
Online Account Management
Can I view purchase reporting online close to real-time?
